Small Purchases (up to $2,500.00 ), can be purchased using an approved County Purchasing card. Informal (Above $2,5000.00 but under $50,000.00), Request for Quotes will be obtained for purchases. Formal (Above $50,000.00), competitive sealed solicitation required; Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, etc. MBE\/WBE\/DBE Participation Minority, Women Owned, and other Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the solicitation process.
